Terms for using the ViewSphere beta service.

These terms apply from September 18, 2026 to the ViewSphere website, member authentication, app distribution, and usage statistics service.

Service scope

ViewSphere helps devices on the same local network share and view a screen together. The web service provides product information, Google or Apple member authentication, host-mode approval, installers and official store paths, and minimal usage statistics.

Beta service

Features, supported operating systems, interface, and distribution paths may change during the beta. Important changes or temporary interruptions are announced through service or release information.

Responsibilities when using the app

Users must share only content they are authorized to share and connect only to trusted devices on the same network. Check operating-system permissions and network policy, and follow your organization's security rules.

Accounts and access

Active members who complete Google or Apple authentication may use host mode. Access to an account or host mode may be limited for security, terms violations, or service stability. Web-administrator privileges are granted only to separately approved accounts.

Distribution and updates

Use only the official download page or registered official store paths. A specific update may be recommended or required before host-mode access when compatibility or security requires it.

Changes and interruption

Maintenance, incidents, security response, or beta adjustments may change or temporarily interrupt parts of the service. The central server does not receive or store screen and audio content transported locally.

Account withdrawal

Members can withdraw directly from the account screen after recent reauthentication and explicit confirmation. Personal information and usage statistics are deleted under the Privacy Policy. Accounts linked to operational audit records must transfer responsibility first.
